Todd F. Wecker

Todd Wecker is an accomplished healthcare leader and business professional with deep expertise across Locum Tenens/Nursing sales, operations, recruiting, training, and executive management. With 37 years in the staffing industry, he has helped hundreds of healthcare organizations, staffing firms, and private equity investors make smarter, more profitable decisions from start-up strategies through acquisition and earn-out partnership. 

Todd's experience includes senior leadership roles across prominent staffing firms such as Aya Healthcare, Weatherby Healthcare, and others. He has led large recruiting and sales teams, implemented Six Sigma–based operational improvements, and consistently improved fill ratios, margins, and retention.

In 2018 Todd founded T. F. Wecker & Associates, focused on Locum Tenens consulting and recruiting, and today serves as an advisor to private equity and investment banking groups on acquisitions and integration. He has negotiated contracts with more than 70 locum firms and led the Locums MSP division at  Aya Healthcare, facilitated three company acquisitions, and driven multi-million dollar margin improvements through operational redesign and sales optimization. Todd also authored and was awarded three GSA contracts (621-I Professional Staffing Services) and brings deep familiarity with FAR regulations.

He is now bringing that expertise and leadership directly to hospitals and clinics across the country via Hospital Workforce Advisors, where he provides hospitals direction in establishing their own in-house locum divisions saving them millions of dollars every year. 

Additionally Todd consults hospitals in the selection of MSP’s helping them navigate through the selection process, pricing and managing the MSP for ultimate return on this investment.  His ability to think outside the box has been said to be brilliant, innovative and revolutionary.
